REFUND POLICY

At JDM Hobby Shop, we take pride in providing our customers with top products. However, we understand that due to the nature of some hobby items, our return policy is limited. It is important to note that all sales are considered final, with the exception of that have been damaged during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your and provide us with photos of the damage. We may also request that the damaged item be returned for inspection purposes. Once we have verified the damage, we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund or replacement, subject to availability. Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, or for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or fit (unless caused by a sizing error on our part), or if the item does not meet your expectations.
