All sales are final except for products damaged during shipping.
Damaged products may be returned for a full refund, following our return policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer.  We are not responsible for warranty claims.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THE SITE.  THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
